PHOTO UPDATE GUIDE FROM A CELL PHONE

• Use your Stack Sports Member Login dashboard, follow this link: https://www.secure-sam.com/butlerunited.osysalive.com/sam/registration/login.php

• Be ready to take a photo (during the process) where the player:

• Is looking directly at the camera

• Is a significant portion of the photo

• Is in color

• Is not wearing a hat, sunglasses, etc.

• No portion of their face is obscured

• Please note that in this guide, I use my Android phone. The look/feel/icons may all be a little different on your phone, but the process should be generally the same.

• For each player, push the trash can icon to delete last years photo

• Push “OK” to delete

• Now push “Upload Photo”

• Push “Select a file from your computer”

• Select “Camera” to take a photo now

• Take a photo of your player and push “OK”

(pretend this is actually Alexandra and not a photo of her – she wasn’t available!)

• The uploader tool is new this year and very much improved from last year

• Drag the Blue template over to be centered on the player’s face and bring in the edges to frame the players face only

• If the rectangle will not get small enough, it means your player is not a big enough part of the photo and you will need to retake it

• Once the rectangle is set, push “Crop & Save”

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

• The new photo will be saved to the system and you are all done!
