permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and otherwise utilize your submission (via

comment, post, photo, video) for any purpose in any media. You also agree that you will not:

Divulge confidential or proprietary information about CPI or any third party, its products and/or

services;

Post material that violates the rights of CPI or any individual entity, including privacy, intellectual

property or publication rights;

CPI reserves the right to do any or all of the following:

Remove communications that are disruptive or fail to conform to these Terms and Conditions;

Remove or edit comments at any time, whether or not they violate these Terms and Conditions.

CPI does not endorse opinions expressed within the CPI Facebook Company Page and any content

uploaded by anyone other than CPI is the responsibility of the submitter. You agree you will indemnify

CPI against any fines, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable

attorney's fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.
