The project entitled Phone Billing And Administration is developed as

part of the X standard Visual Basic stand alone project.

PROJECT:

Phone Billing And Administration is a software application to maintain

the records related to Phone application entry, Phone allocation to customer,

Phone shifting, Phone related complaints management, Phone call registration,

Phone monthly bill generation etc.,

OBJECTIVE:

The main objective of the application is to automate the existing system

of manually maintenance of phone billing to computerized phone billing.

Apart from this it will also used to manage:

To maintain all applications received for phone connection

To allocate the phone to the customer

Complaint registration management

Monthly bill entry

Monthly bill generation

Report

SCOPE:

This application can be used by any Phone billing company to automate

the process of billing and generate the phone bill automatically.
