    Construction Process:

    The Current Construction Plan is that the first two Stories of Retail & Office Spaces, includ ing the preparation of the "Transition-Structure" above the restaurants, will all be in-situ alterations & new construction. Concurrently, while this part of the constructionis taking place, the 3 upper stories of Apartments will be factory built either as "Modular-Units" or as "Panelized" Construction.This approach will reduce construction time and disruption to the operating businesses and the immediate downtown area.

    This page illustrates how the Apartments have been designed to lend themselves to such Modular Construction. Of the 24Apartments, there are only Two Distinct Floor Plans, Type-A & Type-B. The Two Floor Plan Types are both 750 sq ft.All units are then mirror reflections of these plans either as Left/Right or Front/Back configurations.
