Our lottery for next year’s kindergarteners and first graders was held Tuesday evening. We were fortunate to meet several of our new Fronteras kiddos, as there were a few families who attended. Thank you to Kathy Moffitt, MSBSD representative, and Solveig Eidsness for helping with the lottery! I would like to thank Mr. Axel Buholm for fixing our parking lot posts just minutes after the request was sent out! We really appreciate your quick response! Those posts and tires are not easy to work with, so your determination and success is GREATLY appreciated! A big THANK YOU goes out to Sra. Taner and Sr. Onfray for representing Fronteras at the first ever Kindergarten Night hosted by the school district last Thursday! Spending their own time to meet, mingle, and share about Fronteras’ kindergarten program is greatly appreciated! They are both wonderful examples of the fabulous teaching staff we have! healthy futures!

Students should be completing their third and final Healthy Futures logs. The last day to record

activity is April 27th. All logs need to be submitted by May 3rd. It's not too late to submit your old logs!

Bring them and slip them into the envelope in your AM teacher's class.

What's Happening in PEStudents in grades 2-8 finished their archery unit during the past week. It has been so fun watching our archers build their skills. The K1 students have been working

on tumbling and stunts. They've been having a great time jumping and rolling. During the next two weeks (on Monday and Tuesday of each week), Sra.Torres will

be sharing her flair for Latin dance with our students. We'll be moving our feet to Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and La Raspa. Come and join your students to share in

this terrific, culture-rich experience. For the second day of PE each of these two weeks, students in grades 2-8 will participate in their final "Personal Best"

¡Gracias! ¡Gracias! ¡Gracias!Muchas gracias to Mr. Allen, Mr. Ginochio, Mrs. Beck, and Mrs. McGrew for

joining our archery classes and sharing their expertise.

Thanks also to Mr. Pierson who joined his class for their final archery session.
