SERVICES OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC
1. Issuance of Certified True Copies of Information/Data in PMDC Website; and 2. Complaint Resolution.
PROCEDURE FOR FILING COMPLAINTS
1. File Complaint including all evidences with the PMDC Head Office Records Section in triplicate (3 Copies Original);
2. Records Section shall forward the two (2) Copies to the Office of the President and return one (1) received copy to the complainant.
3. Once reviewed, the President and CEO shall keep one (1) copy and forward one (1) copy (with his notes/comments) to the Concerned Department (Project Management, Legal, Finance and Accounting, and HR and Admin).
4. The Concerned Department will evaluate the Complaint, conduct investigations and call for meetings with the complainant and/or respondent if necessary;
5. Concerned Department will forward its findings and recommendations to the Office of the President for instructions, comments and/or approval;
6. Concerned Department will notify complainant of the actions taken and/or resolution of the complaint.
