'Washed' = 'luo', an all over bath.

'Wash' = ‘nypto’, to wash a specific body part

And such were some of you: but ye are washed

Titus 3:5 ... according to his mercy he saved us,

by the washing of regeneration

Revelation 1:5 Unto him that loved us, and washed us

from our sins in his own blood,

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and
