ACHIEVEMENTS• 2016 - Gold Duke of Edinburgh - Completed Gold Duke of Edinburgh after 12 months of

skill development, volunteering and physical activity, demonstrating dedication and disci-pline

• Senior Prefect - Position of responsibility, requiring a good example, public speaking abili-ties, and commitment.

• Head of House - Lead over 180 pupils to successfully win the inter House Cup, this re-quired me to be organised and approachable to pupils of all age groups and ensured that my communication was able to be precise.

• 2008-2016 Rugby - Represented Ulster U17 - U20, and I had Ireland trials for the U18 and U19 Squads. My dedication to this skill was evident when I played for the Royal School Ar-magh 1st XV since 5th year and Currently play for Armagh RFC 1st and 2nd XV squads.

WORK EXPERIENCENoel Conn Accountants & Co. (May 2016 - August 2016)• While here the company was under going an audit, I was employed to take care of the bank rec-

onciliation and VAT files so that the more experienced employees could focus on the audit• This taught me the value for being accountable for your work and keeping it to a high standard.

The other employees didn't have time to overlook what I had done so this increased my prioritisa-tion.

Ideal Stone and Glass (December 2015)• I had a position of trust as at several times during the month I was left alone in the factory to com-

plete the refining of some of the glass works.• It taught me the value of hard work as coming up to christmas would be the companies busiest

season and many of the employees were doing over 12 hour shifts.

• I used innovative techniques from rugby to adapt and develop a passion for horses, this shows my resourcefulness in difficult, new and challenging experiences.
