The other employees didn't have time to overlook what I had done so this increased my prioritisa-tion.

Ideal Stone and Glass (December 2015)• I had a position of trust as at several times during the month I was left alone in the factory to com-

plete the refining of some of the glass works.• It taught me the value of hard work as coming up to christmas would be the companies busiest

season and many of the employees were doing over 12 hour shifts.

• I used innovative techniques from rugby to adapt and develop a passion for horses, this shows my resourcefulness in difficult, new and challenging experiences.
