3.Premium Contribution3.1Premium contribution may be paid quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

3.2For tlie first year of policy implementation, members /new enroliees whoseprofessions are included under the List of Professionals/Other Professionals (Irln/ia-cC) shall,pay P600 per quarter or P2,400 per year. Ho wever, tor those whose m onthlyfamily income in the last 12 months is P25,000 and below shall pay P300 per quarter

or PI,200 per year,3.3For succeeding years , the . sa id m emb ers shall , pay P900 per q uarter or P3,60Q per

year. Howe ver, for those w hose average m onthly fam ily income in the last 12months is P25,000 an d below shall continue to pay P300 per quarter or Pl,200 per

year.

3.4M em bers/new en roliees whose profession is not included in the said list shall payP300 per quarter or P l,200 per year.

4.VenueAll existing Individually Paying Mem bers (IPMs) and new enroliees who se professions areincluded under the L ist of Professionals/Other P rofessionals are required to register at thenearest Service Office.

5.Effectivity5.1 For exist ing m em bers, the policy on the new premium contribution for professionals

shall take effect after com pletion of payment for the current year m emb ership
