NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) announces that the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will conduct a Negotiated Procurement for the SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF BUSTED FLUORESCENT LAMPS AND OTHER HAZARDOUS WASTES.
This will be undertaken in accordance with Sec. 53.1, Two Failed Bids, of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act. No. 9184 otherwise known as “The Government Procurement Reform Act”.
A complete set of documents may be obtained by interested bidders from june 26, 2015 to July 13, 2015 and upon payment in cash of a non-refundable fee/s of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00).
A clarificatory meeting shall be held on July 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the BAC Conference Room, Third Floor Secretariat Building.
Submission of negotiated proposals will be on July 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Attached are the Scope of Works for this particular procurement.
The Total Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) for this project is TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), VAT inclusive.
