HIGH-VOLTAGE GAIN DC–DC CONVERTERS BASED ON 3SSC AND VMC The MATLAB/SIMULINK model of the DC-DC converter with three state switching cell and voltage multiplier cell is as shown in figure 1.Input to the converter is fixed that is 48V DC and obtain an output 400V fixed dc voltage. The input and output wave forms also shown below. The converter consists of two MOSFET switches. The switching pulse given to the converter is by pulse generator. The switching frequency is 25kHz.and pulse width is 75%.the switching pulse is 180 degree displaced. The converter parameter values are given the table.
