WESTPARK 85 sits on 107 acres in Charlotte’s Airport/West submarket near the intersection of I-85 and I-485. The ingress and egress from Performance Road provides user with access to I-85 in less than a mile which will significantly cut down on drive times.
The park is being constructed in two phases which will total ±1.1 million SF once fully built out. The first phase will be comprised of two Class-A buildings boasting 32-foot clear heights with the most modern design and architectural features available.
