• 1402 came into the NSNO assessment hub ( 1st April 2011- 31st March 2012) 50% of total flow for period

• 23% leave the assessment hub with a Single Service Offer

• 17% abandon and leave the assessment hub

• 18% seen sleeping rough again

• opening a second assessment hub in west London from 1st June

• working with LA to develop responses to the target group

• developing the phone line to include advice to those who are not yet sleeping rough
