PETITION IN FAVOR OF “THE MALL AT TEMPLETON” We the undersigned hereby indicate our support for “THE MALL AT TEMPLETON” to be constructed on the 50 acres of land at exit 19 off route 2 and the intersection of routes 2A and 202 in Templeton, Ma. The construction and build out of the 270,000 square feet of commercial/retail buildings will greatly enhance and improve the area along with having a positive impact on Northern Worcester County. The project will bring much needed real estate tax revenue to the town of Templeton and provide hundreds of permanent and part time jobs to the Towns of Templeton, Phillipston, Winchendon, Athol, and the City of Gardner. This influx of new jobs will have a positive impact on the real estate market and serve to help stabilize the value of real estate in the general area.

There will also be much needed infrastructure work done that will improve the services provided by the Town of Templeton to it’s residents.
