ProfileHi name is Peter Kindley, I’m 54 years old. I’m currently employed by Fairfax Media as a pre-press supervisor. Inspired by my love for art and creativity, in particular illustration and photography, I began a career in graphic design. After gaining 6th Form Certificate Art, I completed a Diploma of Graphic design at Auckland Technological Institute in 1979. I am a confident creative designer who is self-motivated, independent, and I have a very strong background in print media. I have worked extensively in the newspaper industry for the last 30 years producing high quality adverts to all aspects of pre-press including final page output to press sites around New Zealand . I have a comprehensive understanding of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and other news paper generic software. As a hard working and ambitious individual I have no problem following instructions from customers. I am passionate for all kinds of art - including different types of hard materials and gain my inspirations through nature. I love the outdoors, being active and making every opportunity an experience. At this time, I’m looking to join a creative team and to work for a company that only hires the best.
