Neck EdgingNote: Sts will be picked up in every row of petals. Join tie to neck edge starting at first petal neck edge. *K3 sts of tie, k2tog using last st and 1 “bump” or “valley” from neck edge. Slide sts to right end of needle; rep from * across neck. Cont second tie same as first end. Cut yarn, thread through all sts and fasten off. Weave in ends.
