EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH-MR.MARCOS PILAPILCongratulations are in order for Mr.Marcos Pilapil as Al Reem Residences Employee of the Month for March 2017. Marcos has been constantly doing excellent work in role as mason since he joined our maintenance department.
On a daily basis, he demonstrates the meaning of team work, flexibility, dependability dedicated individual has made Marcos perform beyond the scope of his job demonstrating positive attitude toward work responsibilities.
We believe Mr. Marcos Pilapil is very deserving of this honor !

Dear Residents,
All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and dropping are to be pikedand disposed of by the pet owner.
Playgrounds, swimming pool and gargenareas are strictly off limits for all pets.
All pets should be collared with an ID tag identifying the residential unit number.
Pet owners are solely responsible inensuring that their pet dose not create a disturbance, make a nuisance ofitself or create a sanitary and hygiene issue that may affect the quality of lifeof compound recidents.

Leg of Lamb Stuffed
with wild mushrooms
and Greens.
For ease of preparation, ask for the full round,not the short cut or partial leg, and have thebutcher butterfly it for you.
Directions Ingredients:Cook Swiss chard in large pot of boiling saltedwater until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.Squeeze chard dry, then finely chop enough tomeasure 1 1/ 2 cups. Transfer to large bowl. Melt butter with 2 tablespoons oil in largenonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Addwild mushrooms, onion and 1 minced garlicclove and saute until mushrooms are tender,about 6 minutes. Cool. Transfer to bowl with chard. Add breadcrumbs, cream, 1 tab lespoonrosemary, 1 tablespoon thy me, 3 /4 teaspoonsalt, and 1 / 2 teaspoon peper, and mix to blwnd.(Cab be oreoared 1 dat ahead : cover andrefrigerate. Before continuing, stir mushroomstuffing in skillet over medium -high heat untiljust lukewarm.)
Preheat oven to 425 F. Open butterflied lamblike book and place cut side up on worksurface. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix vealand egg into mushroom stuffing. Spread evenlyover lamb: press tp adhere. Starting at narrowend, roll up lamb tightly, enclosing filling.Fasten ends with poultry skewers. Rub oursideof lamb with remaining 2 tablespoons oil, thenwith remaining 1l 2 tablespoon rosemary, and1/ 2 tablespoon thyme.Sprinkle with salt and pepper. tie lam b with kitchen string at 2-inchintervals to hold shape. Using small sharp knife, cut several 1-inch- deep slits n top of lamb, spacing apart: insert 1 garlic slice into each slit. Place lam bon rack in roasting pan.
Roast lamb to desired doneness or until instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part oflamb registers 135 F to 140 F for medium- rare,about 1 hour 25 minutes. Remove from oven.Cover with foil and let stand 15 minutes.Remove skewers and string. Cut lam b into 1/ 2- inch- thick slices. Place on platter.

3 /4 teaspoon salt
1 6- to 7- pound boneless leg of lambbutterflied to 2-inch thickness, excessfat and sinew trimmed
4 ounces ground veal oflamb
1 large egg
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 ½ cub finely chopped onion
1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
