– we propose the position prediction method that uses position predicted MV

(PPMV) to predict the new position x’ where the interpolated Block(x,n)

moves to in F(n+1).

Using Quantized DCT and Noiselet Information

– we proposed a new framework that combines the classical local discrete

cosine transform used in image compression algorithms such as JPEG with a
