Return Goods PolicyNo merchandise is to be returned without written authorization from our factory. If return is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid and goods will be accepted for credit subject to a service charge of 25%.

PackingCustomer appoints American Safety Razor Company (ASR) as its agent to give reasonable shipping instructions to shipper, additional costs for special routing or handling shall be charged to customer. In no event will ASR ship less than its minimum standard package; smaller orders will be upgraded or rejected at ASR’s option. All orders are subject to acceptance by ASR, events outside the exclusive control of ASR, and the terms and conditions of ASR’s acknowledgment.

CreditAll credit sales are subject to approval by ASR.

PaymentCustomer shall make timely payment for each delivery hereunder or ASR may, at any time and at its option, discontinue further delivery until payment has been received. In the event customer fails to pay any amounts due to ASR, customer shall pay ASR’s costs and expenses incurred in collecting any such amounts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, if any.

ClaimsAll products shall be inspected by customer upon receipt and any claim for damaged or defective products shall be made in writing to ASR within 10 days of receipt of products by customer.

WarrantyASR warrants that the products shall conform to current specifications for the products and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when used by customer for their normal, proper and intended use. For the sole purpose of bringing our eligible customers within section 303(c)(2) of the Food and Drug Act, ASR further warrants that when delivered to the shipper the product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of said act. Except for the express warranties set forth above, ASR makes no other representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the products, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole remedy under the express warranties set forth above shall be to receive replacement products or a credit in the amount of customer’s original purchase price.

PricingAll orders will be billed at ASR’s prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of all sales, excise and other taxes, customs duties, and other like charges, all of which shall be paid by customer. If raw material costs increase more than 5% in a given period, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
