BILL SHOCK AND THE RISING COSTS OF CUSTOMER CARE
Bills – be they paper or electronic – have traditionally been a major pain point in the customer journey, a potential source of friction that can result in the loss of customers.
While churn takes place throughout the customer life cycle, billing is one of the key times when the risk of churn is at its highest.
