We get updates from Lucy at Advocacy for All’s Personalisation Project

Lucy is making a film - people talk about how they felt about moving- life before and life now

This shows the group how personalisation is working for people


The group hears

- what is working well

- what is not working so well

- what needs to be done


aim 2 – to make people aware of personalisation in Bromley

• Easy Read Guide to Personalisation

• Personalisation Bulletin – monthly

• film - how people feel - changes in their lives


- working once a week with care managers

- providing a link for people from different supported living schemes

- talking to providers – being creative


aim 3 – to make sure people have choice and control over their lives

• support plans say what people want to do now and in the future

• this has started to happen

• more needs to be done

• reviews will see if people are having a choice


• 101 support plans have been completed by the Personalisation Project

• other people are completing support plans

• all support plans are being

reviewed
