A trainer can provide you with expertise and diagnostic knowledge to develop a safe, effective exercise plan based upon your goals, interests, and current fitness level. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper exercise technique. Client should be on time for training sessions and ready to go. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session.
