or other matters? With our new mobile app those

worries are over!

This app will allow you to create customized

shopping lists which can you then order for

collection through the app. Once an order is

received one of our friendly pickers will collect your

order and have it packed and ready for you!

You even get to set the time and date you wish to

collect so we will always have it ready for you to

walk in, pay the bill, your groceries are in your car

and ready to go!

Downloading Our App

ANDROID

Simply open the Google Play Store and using the search bar

on top, type in Hillcrest Kwikspar and you are on your way!

APPLE

Simply open the Apple App Store and using the search bar on

the bottom, type in Hillcrest Kwikspar and you are on your way!

REGISTERING YOURSELF

Simply click on the registration button on the top right of

the login screen.

You will be taken to the next screen to fill in your

registration information.

Once complete the app will instantly log you in and you

can start creating your customized shopping lists!

CREATE YOUR FIRST LIST

Congratulations you are now a registered user on our

Hillcrest Kwikspar Personal App!

Let’s get your first shopping list up and going shall we?

Simply click on the personal shopper/shopping lists icon

You will then see a list of all your created shopping lists.

Currently you do not have any so lets create one by

clicking the + icon on the bottom left

Now its time to name your list. For testing purposes, we

will be naming ours “Weekly Shopping”

Once you have saved the list the page will refresh

showing your new list on the top.

ADD ITEMS TO YOUR LIST Simply press on your list name and it will open it to

a new screen such as below

To add an item to your list we have to press the +

on the bottom left of the screen

You will then see a screen to add an item, please

enter the information as it shows. We will be using

Bread as an example.

Simply click save and it will be added to your list.

You can also select add to favourite. The next time you

add an item to your list it will show you your favourites

first to see if you would like to quickly add any of them

with a simply touch.

Once you have added all your items to your list you will

see a new button has appeared on the bottom left of

your screen.

PLACING YOUR ORDER Once all your items are added to your list. You can

press on the basket button on the bottom left and it will

take you to the Place Order screen.

On this page you can select the date and time that you

will be collecting your order, also to select a payment

method (currently only card on collection is available)

Please also add any order notes in the Addition General

Information box that we must know about your order.

Eg. My brother will pick it up his name is etc.

Once you confirm your basket your order is placed and

we receive the order. One of our friendly pickers will

then begin to collect your order and have it ready for you

on the day and time that you selected.

Should you wish to check or cancel your order please

select the orders category on the home page of the app.
