Having achieved accreditation as a certification

body for the ISO 9000 quality management system

standards in the early 1990s, we became one of the

first Notified Bodies for the European PPE Directive.

Our range of certification services has grown steadily

over the past 17 years along with our reputation. With

INSPEC, you get the job done properly.

You can benefit from a complete service for the CE

marking of all categories of PPE under articles 10, 11A

and 11B of the Directive.

We carry out type-examinations, annual testing and

audits of finished product quality control systems for all

types of PPE. Send us your technical documentation

and product samples and we will do the rest.

Indeed, our certification service extends to

applications for ‘Wheelmarking’ of PPE that fall under

the Marine Equipment Directive.

In addition to our European certification services,

we can help you access international markets in

We have agreements with the Safety Equipment

Institute (SEI) in the USA and with SAI Global in

Australia to assist in the certification of PPE destined for

clients in their product development. We welcome
