This is to request you to sanction me an interest free loan of Rs. 75,000 /- as per the Company’s Personal Loan Policy. I understand that under the current policy, the loan amount cannot exceed Rs.75,000

I understand that this loan amount will be recovered through my salary in 24 equal monthly installments.

I agree that, the company has all the rights to recover the balance loan amount from my final settlement and/or retirement benefits in case I leave the organization during the loan recovery period. In case the final settlement and/ or retirement benefit is not sufficient to recover the dues, unadjusted balance amount would be paid by me before I am relieved from the organization.
