My activities include legal counsel and assistance in legal disputes mostly in the field of private law. More specifically: legal research; analysis of cases; drafting legal opinions and court deeds; discussing cases in the court; writing contracts; negotiation to avoid litigation. Working as a self-employed attorney also involves organizing and archiving files and more generally managing the law firm as well as dealing with clients and colleagues. Being in the Bar also requires complying with continuing education requirements (minimum hours per year).
