Personal Detail: I have been teaching English for three and a half years. At first it was for all ages, now I mainly specialize in business English classes for adults I have been graduated from a criminology program at the school Magna cum laude. I want to do a program that is English JD program in the common law in the University of Ottawa. The Objective of the Common Law Section is to provide a full service legal education; the section prepares students for entrance to the practice of law or other careers in the public and private sectors where a legal education is required. After completing a graduation in criminology if I am getting a chance to do this program leading to the JD, I will be able to address the spirit of the law and the ideal of justice. To study this JD program in English and French is one of the distinct advantages offered in the University of Ottawa. As I am teaching English in Japan I am very strong in English so it will help me to take English as my language for my courses, however I can take my courses in other languages if I seek to. I want to join this program as because it is offered over three distinct and compulsory terms. All first year students take one of their substantive law courses in a small group format and each small group course includes legal writing and legal research training, including training in computer assisted research. This will help me to know my colleagues well, to participate in classroom, team spirit, and leadership quality which is a major requirement for this program and to enjoy continuous feedback from the professor which will guide me to achieve my goal. The students interested in improving their French language and skills can opt for a small group instruction in French courses which will develop the capacity to practice law in both official languages. In first year all the basic of the course is being taught and ethical practice issues were explored with the help of practitioners from Ottawa and surrounding areas as guest

Personal Detail:

I have been teaching English for three and a half years.

In first year all the basic of the course is being taught and ethical practice issues were explored with the help of practitioners from Ottawa and surrounding areas as guest lecturers, demonstrators and simulation coaches for the more advanced student simulations. Skill-based sessions are also offered to provide practice in analytical thinking and exam writing. In second year and third year many mandatory courses and optional courses are there where research and writing skills acquired in the first year are applied and advanced through mandatory major paper requirement. Here I am allowed to engage myself in critical research writing in an area of particular interest. Then after that a student is required to take a course dealing with advocacy skills. As I am a student of criminology I will choose a related subject of advocacy so that it will be of great help like criminal law or legal theory and legal history and other such relevant topics.

Furthermore I am also the president of the union local which I have formed. I am quite regular in collective bargaining meetings with the company and their corporate heads and lawyers and meanwhile I have managed to get Labor management agreements signed and monetary settlements for a wrongful termination case. This was just a start and if I join the program, this
