Evaluation

The success my personal communications plan can be measured on various levels. Measurement is most effective when benchmarks are established prior to implementing the communications plan. Such benchmarks will involve:

Assessing my key audience’s awareness of me and my skills

Evaluating my online identity. Evaluating the size and quality of

my current professional network

Channels Communications channels serve as a vital link

between the me and my potential employers i.e. the public sector/international organizations. Having access to multiple channels will help me develop and enhance my virtual online brand while simultaneously creating several opportunities for employment

LinkedIn- By adding connections, I will increase the likelihood that potential employers will see my profile first when they’re searching for someone to hire. LinkedIn allows me to make my profile information available for search engines to index.

Blogger- Maintaining an online journal can let my potential employers get a glimpse of my personality.
