1 2 3 4Several users noted that there was a lack of labelling on impor-tant UI elements. Also instruc-tions for certain tasks were not explicit enough to be perfor-med.
Individuals matching the trail blazer profile wanted to know the skill levels of people they were attending an event with.
User profiles were requested by almost all of the usability test participants.
The feedback and system mes-sages need to be more explicit. Key screens lacked the consi-tency users needed and caused confusion.
