In line with the continuous improvement and raise of the level of the
quality of service provided to users of the Single Electronic Window -
SeW, during the month of September of the current year, work visits
to Niassa, Zambézia, Tete and Maputo sites were completed, by the
managers of the most diverse areas that are part of the SeW imple-
mentation team. To interact with the local Customs and some foreign
trade operators, which allowed to verify the degree of satisfaction of
the same regarding The System of All of us - SeW.
In general, it was possible to conclude that the community is satis-
fied with the system, there is a need for training and recycling due to
the high turnover of employees in Customs.

During September and October, training sessions were organized for
Revenue Authority managers and technicians assigned to Internal
and External Taxes on Spago BI, an application for the management
of reports issued by the Single Electronic Window (SeW).
The training sessions have been carried out in order to ensure the
dissemination of the main functionalities, advantages in the process
of management and revenue control, as well as in the management of
the performance indicators at the various levels of hierarchy, from
the local to the central.
With a strong practical component, the sessions included the regis-
tration of some users in Spago BI for 4 trainees who were not previ-
ously enrolled for the training. After assigning access credentials to
the application, instructing how to proceed to access, change the
password, navigate between directories, enter search parameters
and extract reports in different formats available in the tool.
In addition to running the most frequently used reports (Car Details,
Today's Revenue, and Yield Note), the Multi-Scheme Transaction
Listing report was displayed with detailed information for each im-
porter.

In accordance with Bank of Mozambique Notice No. 20/GBM/2017 of 27th December, which approves the Ex-
change Rules and Procedures introduced, pursuant to its art. 30, the Letter of Commitment for Banking Inter-
mediation of Goods Importation (TCI).
The TCI will be operationalized through the Single Electronic Window (SeW). In this context, the pilot phase
will be held from 03rd September 2018 to 03rd March 2019, covering 30 pre-selected companies, with the par-
ticipation of any other entities being voluntarily involved.
