Tagging Clients are offered a choice of tagging, including –

Coloured plant tag marked with the date the next examination is due.

Coloured cable ties with a wall chart showing which colour is in date.

Barcoded plant tags.

Defects Defective items are tagged and quarantined as agreed. A

defect report is emailed to the client’s representative and

a hard copy left on site.

Periods Generally, equipment is examined every 6 months.

Overhead lifting machines can be examined every 12

months. We can provide schemes of examination to allow

different periods.

Location This service is offered at all UK locations or at our

certification centres at –

Ellesmere Port, Lincoln, Wolverhampton

Safety All work is risk assessed. PPE and access requirements

are agreed with the client.

Management We hold your records on SafeCert and manage due dates

by contacting clients in advance to make arrangements.

Insurance All in-service inspection work carried out by Rossendale

Group is covered by our Public/Products Liability and

Professional Indemnity insurance policy which provides

cover should a failure in the inspection or certification lead

to losses for the client. Full insurance details are available

on request.
