and weight loss.

y  Assess patient¶s blood pressure before therapy

and monitor regularly before

dose to verifyadequate

control. Monitor 

also for hypotension.

y  Assess allergicreaction: rash,

fever, pruritusand urticaria.

Discontinuedrug if 

antihistaminesfail to control

hypersensitivityreaction.

y  Assess renalfunction beforetherapy and

monitor  periodically

thereafter; polyuria,

oliguria andfrequency.
