Whether new construction or a historic renovation, Perimeter Systems’ innovative“interchangeable” cornice mouldingsallow you to design beautifully sculptured cornices limited only by your imagination.
Our cornices are designed to simulatestonework. This is achieved through theuse of “expansion reveals” at the verticalcornice joints. This expansion reveal consists of a concealed “back-up” spliceplate which allows a space between theadjoining cornice members. This small(3/8”) space creates a light shadow line atthe vertical cornice joints and when properly aligned simulates stonework.

The Designer Series Integral Gutter Systems evolved from our“industrial grade” gutters introduced in the late seventies. Theseindustrial gutters were designed to withstand harsh winter conditions for non-residential buildings and have enjoyed anunblemished reputation for durability. The Designer Series IntegralGutters offer the same durability but with attractive decorative fascias to compliment your project.
Designer Series Integral Gutter Systems feature decorative snap-oncornice fascias. Available in four standard profiles, these fasciasconceal the actual gutter enhancing any building structure. In addition to our standard profiles we have produced many customshapes for architects and building owners.
Concealed Drains
In addition to standard downspouts, we offer “concealed drains” toprovide an attractive and efficient alternative to downspouts.Concealed drains are particularly effective on clock & bell towers,steeples, and high profile projects where downspouts would be unattractive or projects where vandalism is an issue.
Concealed drains, when used in cornices, pipe rain water throughwall cavities into underground drainage giving the appearance thatyour building has no gutters or that they appear built-in.
