What’s included
How the Training Program Works
We developed several resources to ensure you have a successful Performance Culture launch with your team. Our user-friendly training programs include instructional videos coupled with coaching tips as an ongoing resource.
With our training programs and additional resources, you are in complete control of how and when training occurs for your team. The Manager and Employee Training videos are available in your account under the Learn feature.
• You may choose to have all managers, super users, and admin users meet to watch the videos together and discuss as a group or:
• You may choose to have your team watch the videos individually. This assignment can be done on an organizational or departmental level.
Assign the videos for features you are implementing and assign other videos later when you are ready to begin using those features.

Manager Training
Manager training focuses on teaching managers how to set clear expectations for their team, create frequent check-ins, give and receive feedback and most importantly, how to conduct e� ective review conversations.
We believe managers should be more than supervisors -- they should coach and mentor their employees. Training includes videos to help managers and employees improve through the three steps of Align, Coach and Manage.

9. Learn - Assigning and Tracking Team Learning
10. Pulse Survey - Sending Surveys and Viewing Results
11. Workplace Satisfaction Reports - Reviewing Reports to Take Action
12. Conducting the Review - How to Conduct E� ective Reviews with Coaching Tips

Employee Training
Employee training videos focus on teaching your team not only how to navigate the system, but also how to use the features to provide meaningful feedback to managers and leaders.
Employees will understand how their assigned performance objectives and workplace behaviors are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
We believe employees should take charge of their development which is why we developed several features of the system. Training includes videos to help your team understand how to use features such as Check-Ins, Job Descriptions, and 360 Feedback.
Training Outline is approximately 45 minutes total.

4. Self Assessment - Completing Self Assessments Including Personal Vision and Workplace Satisfaction

6. 360 Degree Feedback - Providing Feedback to Teammates’ Managers and Requesting Feedback
7. Learn - Completing Assigned Learning Topics
8. Review Conversation - What to Expect and How to Engage in Meaningful Conversation

The Employee Guide is reviewed during the Review Conversation training video.
