ABS-System

Laminated labelsThe data label is provided with a transparent protective �ilm. This extra layer of protection off ers lasting resistance against me-chanical abrasion, acids or other aggressive chemicals.

Type-specific nameplatesEach label is designed to with-stand solvents, oils, water,extreme temperatures and me-chanical abrasion. The selected adhesives are suited for rough, textured and low-energy sur-faces.

Protective labels During the manufacturing pro-cess, sensitive components can be safeguarded against dirt particles or minor scratches by using labels as a protective bar-rier. When the component is rea-dy to be installed, the label can be removed without leaving any residue.

All from one sourceIn the case of precision stamped pieces, the pressure sensors are applied by a fully automatic dispenser. Labels with the most complicated shapes can be processed with great precision.

Multi-part labels for identificationThese labels uniquely identify products while recording pro-duction data for the required documentation. As a result, seamless product traceability is assured.
