3C = 2800000

⇒ C = 933333 RS.

Explanation :

According to question

⇒ A = 1250 + 10% of 1250

⇒ 125 + 125

⇒ A = 250

B = 250 - 10% of 250

⇒ 250 – 25

So B = 225.

3) A sales boy 6% commission on mobile sales, if he get 1200 as commission, then find worth of mobile sales?

Explanation :

Let the mobile sale worth is X.

Then 6% of X = 1200

⇒ [6/100] X = 1200

⇒ X = [1200 × 100] / 6

⇒ 20000

So, sales boy saled 20000 rs worth of mobile.

4) A school has increased its students number from 1000 to 2250 in 10years. What will be the increase percentage per year?

Explanation :

According to the question,

Increase of students in 10years = 2250 - 1000 = 1250.

6) If 10 rs is the cost of notebook but 15% discount is there on every book after 10 books purchased. What is the cost of 50 notebooks?

Explanation :

According to the question 10 books cost is 10× 10 = 100rs

• For remaining [ ( 100 - 15 ) % of 10 × 40

ie (85/100) × 400 ⇒ 320rs

So, total cost of 50books is 100 + 320 = 420rs.
