Explanation :

Let us assume the value of the car is C.

So, 3/8 % of C = 3500

⇒ (3C/800) = 3500

3C = 2800000

⇒ C = 933333 RS.

Explanation :

According to question

⇒ A = 1250 + 10% of 1250

Letus assume Ananya's monthly salary be 'A‘

According to the question,

⇒ 20% of A = 3500

⇒ 20A/100 = 3500

⇒ 20A = 350000

⇒ A = 17500

So Ananya's monthly salary is 17500rs

ie (85/100) × 400 ⇒ 320rs

So, total cost of 50books is 100 + 320 = 420rs.
