My Grandpa was a wonderful storyteller and he always told me that

people remember stories more than facts. Here is one of my favorite

sunscreen stories: A major corporation sent its top sales people in their

Presidents Club to Vail as a reward for their exceptional performance.

After a couple days of meetings everyone heads out to spend their

first day out on the slopes enjoying the sunshine and beauty of the

mountains. The next day some of the attendees are absent from the

second day on the slopes. It turns out that many people ended up

with bad sunburns that made the next couple of days pretty miserable.

The corporation thought that they did a great job planning the events

for the week but made a common mistake. They didn’t consider

the Essentials - the items that are really necessary! In this case a

1. BEFORE YOU GO IN THE SUN (MOST IMPORTANT STEP)

3. AFTER THE DAY IS OVER (DO THIS EVERY NIGHT)

• First thing in the morning, apply Aloe Up SPF 30 or 50 lotion all over.

• Wait 30 minutes before you go in the water or sun.

• The first application of SPF LOTION is the most important because it will soak into your skin and bond, which will prevent sunburn. It provides the perfect base coat of sunscreen for the day.

• Reapply SPF 15, 30 or 50 lotions or spray products every 2 hours while in the sun.

• Wait 15 minutes before going back in the water so Aloe Up can penetrate your skin and bond.

• After you shower, apply generous amounts of Aloe Ice all over.

• Repeat before bed.

• This final application is very important. Do not skip this step. Aloe Ice not only aids in sunburn relief, but it is the most effective moisturizer in the Aloe Up line.

MOST people know a little about Aloe Vera Gel, but not the whole story. We

know it’s good for you, natural and helps with burns. How many times have you

OVER the last 27 years, I have been asked the same question over and over. “Why does Aloe Up work so much better than other brands?” My

answer is always the same — “It’s the Aloe Vera Gel.” We grow our own Aloe on 600 acres in Harlingen, Texas. The strain we grow is the Aloe

Barbadensis Lenny Miller which is the best type for cosmetic and food grade uses. Most sunscreens and moisturizers are based with water or mineral

oil and a manufacturer may put a drop or two of Aloe Vera in there for marketing purposes. A drop or two won’t do the trick. If you don’t put in at

least 20% by volume of pure Aloe Vera Gel, you will not get the true benefits of Aloe Vera Gel. Aloe Up starts with the most effective Aloe and uses at

least 35-96.9% in each product we produce. That is why we control the growing of our most important ingredient, Aloe Vera.
