This 1 million sq. ft. integrated corporate complex has redefined the face of commercial properties with its international

CR2, Nariman Point

The imposing .26 million sq. ft. CR2 located in Nariman Point, is South Mumbai's first and only shopping mall-cum-

multiplex with an eight storey car park. Many international brands like Versace, Aftershock, Bateel and Fujitsu have

opened up their first Indian store at CR2. It also marks the foray of the pan-Indian multiplex operator - Inox - into

Mumbai. Other occupants include restaurants like Ruby Tuesday, Moti Mahal and Japengo and brands like

Ashok Towers, Parel

Currently under construction, this 1.1 million sq. ft. premium residential complex, has changed the face of Parel and

BENEFITS OF BEING PART OF PENINSULA TECHNOPARK

Peninsula Technopark is an 'approved' Private Sector Information Technology Park and will have the following benefits for the occupants as per the Maharashtra State

Government Policy:

Stamp Duty exemption of 75% to be given to all IT and ITES units and also to non-IT entities such as leasing and/or financial institutions acquiring

space in private IT parks for subsequent leasing to IT and ITES units

Stamp Duty exemption of 90% to Assignment Leases of IT and ITES units under section 60 and Leave and License of IT and ITES units under

Section 36A of the Bombay Stamp Act 1958

Power charges on IT and ITES units to be levied at industrial rates and notification of IT and ITES units as a separate category of consumers

under the MERC tariff orders

Property Tax on all properties/premises of IT and ITES units to be levied on par with residential areas in their respective municipal limits

Sales Tax to be charged at a minimum floor rate of 4% on all IT and non-IT products essential for IT and ITES units
