PENDINDG DEFECTS AFTER ANNUAL OVERHAUL OF UNIT # 3 Date :- 7/01/06 Sl.N o Defect Departmen t Area : Boiler & Auxiliaries 1. PRAPH B diverter damper have been mechanically locked at 80 % open position . 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Area : TG & Auxiliaries 7. Exciter cooler isolation valves are passing . 8. PHE- C ACW outlet valve indication is reverse ( i.e open is close & vice versa ) 9. ATT for OS test is not completed . During Reset program turbine got tripped while testing . 10. TDBFP- A cooling water TCV (upper) stem is bent . 11. CW ICV for Unit- 3 & 4 are passing . 12. CW ICV for Unit- 3 & 4 remote operation to be checked 13. 14. 15.
