Step 1*If you have never used

Pelican@Net before, please visit a branch or call 1-800-351-4877

to have Pelican representative help you get started.

If you have previously enrolled in Pelican@Net online banking,

visit pelicanstatecu.com and input your current Pelican@Net

login (Member Number).

Step 2You will be brought to the new

and improved Pelican@Net online banking login page.

When asked for a password, please use your current 4-digit

Pelican@Net PIN.

*If you do not know your current 4-digit Pelican@Net

PIN, please call 1-800-351-4877 to speak to a

Pelican representative.

Updating your Pelican@Net Username and Password

Step 3The first time you login to

Pelican@Net you will be prompted to set up a new

username and password as well as some security features.

Enter a username of your choice between 4-12 characters long.

This username will serve as your new Pelican@Net ID.

Click “Continue” when complete.

Step 4Next, you will be asked to change your password. Enter your 4-digit

Pelican@Net PIN as your current password. Then, enter a new

password of your choice.

*Your new password must be between 6-10 characters and

include at least one letter and one number/symbol. Four of the

same letter, number or symbol in a row is not allowed; your

password cannot be the same as your previous password.

Click “Continue” when complete.

Step 5After choosing your new

username and password, select a personal icon.

This image will be shown when

you login to Pelican@Net and at the bottom of each page within

Pelican@Net after login.

Click “Submit” when complete.

Step 6You will be brought to a page

that explains the advanced security features.

Read this page and click “Continue” to begin setting up

your security features.

Step 7Select a security question from

each drop down menu and input answers of your choice.

These questions will be used to verify your identity when you perform certain tasks in

Pelican@Net.

*Security question answers are not case sensitive.

Click “Submit” when complete.

Step 8Next, review the answers to

your security questions. If the questions and answers

are correct, click “Confirm” to continue.

Click “Edit” to make any neccessary changes.

enter at least one call-back verification phone number.

The credit union’s monitoring system will contact you by

phone at this number(s) if you choose to bypass answering the verification questions in

Pelican@Net.

Click “Submit” when complete.

Step 10If your phone number(s) is

correct, click “Confirm” to continue. You’re almost done!

Step 11After confirming your phone

number(s), read this page and click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 12Enter or update your current

email address on file with the credit union. It is important to

use an accurate and active email account to ensure that

you receive any important account communication.

Then, create your password reset question and answer.

Click “Submit” to finish.
