As well as designing new buildings we enjoy bringing new life to existing ones, whether that is remodelling/conversions or finding innovative ways to adapt listed structures in

conservation areas.

Working with other disciplines within Pegasus we can

Pegasus Group have developed a housing market intelligence service which identifies the future housing needs of local areas. Our work analyses the balance between housing need and housing supply, particularly over the next 5 year period. It is crucial that future housing need is met to help deliver economic growth.

Utilising up to date national projections, market

indicators and local economic forecasts, our team uses

the reputable Chelmer model to consider future housing

needs. Our assessments then identify whether Local

Authorities have enough supply of housing land to meet

their own housing needs.
