CAD Document Structure Mode Versioning

CAD Document structure is defined as “Hard Fixed” behavior. This means that the parent-child references in the structure

remain as they were originally defined, until explicitly changed by the CAD Connector. The benefits of this approach are:

All saved versions can be retrieved in exactly the state in which they were saved. (“As Saved”).

The CAD Connector can explicitly switch to the newest version (“Current”) … or to the last released version (“Released”).

These actions can be performed on all levels of the product structure.
