Telephone OrdersWe welcome telephone orders! Our customer service team worksclosely with the production floor, and is able to answer your questionsquickly and effectively.We recommend customers submit writtenconfirmation of telephone orders. U.S. Awards is not responsible forerrors made by telephone that are not confirmed in writing.

Completion TimeU.S. Awards provides industry leading delivery, which can varyaccording to the season. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unlessexpress service ie requested. Express service consists of UPS Next DayAir, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.

Minimum OrderThere is a $50.00 minimum requirement for all orders.

TermsOrders accompanied by a school purchase order are billed at net 30day terms. Other forms of payment include MasterCard, VISA, prepay-ment or a written guarantee of 30-day payment from the school.

InvoicingInvoices are mailed via the U.S. Post Office the next business day fol-lowing shipment.
