Through Skyline's Guaranteed Transfer Program, many Skyline graduates transfer to a wide range of four-year colleges and universities. Other Skyline college students graduate and achieve an Associate in Arts (A.A.) or Associate in Science (A.S.). Students achieve employment and advancement in business and industry after earning certificates from Skyline's 43 Certificate programs. Our certificate programs include Automotive Technology, Biotechnology, Cosmetology, many areas of Business, Early Childhood Education, Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Technology, and Telecommunications & Network Information Technology.
Skyline College is committed to preparing a highly skilled workforce for the new economy and has been recognized nationally for our efforts. Skyline and the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) have worked with Genentech and other biotechnology companies to place workers trained by the college in jobs formerly limited to those with four-year degrees.
