Rationale

Commission’s Rules change to add… At least three weeks prior to the first formal

observation, all teachers to be appraised under the PDAS shall be provided an annual review of this subchapter and district policy regarding teacher appraisal.

• Any documentation that will impact the appraisal ratings must be shared with the teacher within the appropriate timelines

• Due at least 2 weeks prior to the Summative Conference.
