    and programs which will drive Brisbanes prosperity.

    About the Position

    Summary

    The role of Digital Project Manager will support the Digital Marketing Team within the Marketing &

    Communications Team, across a number of projects and activities at Brisbane Marketing.

    The role involves leading a range of digital marketing projects, from inception to delivery, including

    requirements gathering, project scoping and definition, supplier management, content planning and

    delivery through to project support.

    Specific responsibilities include;

    Establish project scopes and objectives with key business stakeholders, gathering requirements and

    recommendations.

    Development and delivery of briefs for both internal and external developers.

    Deliveries of project timelines across multiple projects, and manage available resources.

    Liaison with Data Analytics to define objectives and reporting requirements.

    Management of a variety of external suppliers involved in the delivery of projects.

    Assuring quality web solutions by developing and completing test plans, and deliver y of project

    documentation.

    Meet cost standards though budget management, reporting and cost-saving processes.

    Provide project status and insights through reports on regular basis, using project management

    tools and processes.

    Recommend, implement and monitor processes to drive efficiencies of both new and on-going

    projects.

    Provide best practices digital support and guide for the marketing coordinators.

    Overview of the Business Unit

    Marketing Communications is responsible for the development, implementation and management of

    Brisbane as a destination throughout Brisbane Marketings respective business units (CBD Retail,

    Convention Bureau, Export, Investment Attraction, Leisure Tourism and Major Events) throughout

    traditional, digital and emerging marketing communications channels. Marketing Communications works

    symbiotically with all departments ensuring the strategies developed are effective, efficient and contributeto the delivery of real business results across all business unitsultimately delivering economic and social

    value for Brisbane.

    It raises the profile of Brisbane Marketing it as the citys economic development agency and encourages

    buy-in from other city influencers, media, business leaders and key industry sectors locally, nationally and

    internationally. The media and communications team is the key conduit to the Lord Mayors Office and

    works closely with the LMOs media unit and the international relationsunit.

    Brisbane Marketingsstrategies are developed and implemented with support of its members, partners and

    industry stakeholders. Close working relationships with these groups is essential. These stakeholders

    include:

    Creative, research, media, digital and activation agencies

    Brisbane Marketing members and corporate partners

    Brisbane City Council

    Lord Mayors Office

    Key industry groups for respective business units e.g. Australian Trade Commission (Austrade),

    Trade and Invest Queensland

    Key industry and government networks in core source markets

    What you will bring to the role

    Must have... Great to have...

    Qualifications:

    Tertiary qualifications in Digital Design or Marketing or

    similar degree

    Experience:

    3-5 years professional experience leading a

    range of digital marketing projects

    Well-developed project management skills with a

    proven record of planning and implementing a

    program of activities in a complex environment

    Skills:

    Experience with Project management tools and

    processes.(eg. Microsoft Project or similar)

    Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of products

    Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and programming

    concepts

    Personal Qualities:

    Good communication skills

    Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work

    under pressure and manage multiple projects

    Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

    Digital Marketing analysis experience

    Direct response marketing experience
