Gibson’s Grant is located on theChester River and MacumCreek, just three miles from

the Bay Bridge. A large coastalwoodland tract, granted to JohnGibson by King William III in 1658,was expanded to 250 acres with thepurchase of a neighboring propertyand is now the site of an award-winning, planned Eastern Shorenew homes community, named forthe original land grant.
