Once our candidates are elected, we look to them for progressive, feminist legislation as well as seeing the ways in which they can improve the lives and circumstances of women and families in our communities. Their leadership can make a difference through appointments to boards and commissions, giving voice to underrepresented constituents. These elected women will share their experiences from Getting There & Being There. Brought to you by the past presidents of the SBWPC in celebration of International Women’ s Day and feminist politics everywhere.
