Performance Consulting Group (PCG) exists to partner with organizations seeking to improve their economic position and talent capabilities. Using proven methods for effectiveness, we provide a wide range of consulting, training, facilitation as well as coaching services. PCG employs a process driven approach to all of our client engagements. This systematic approach begins with discovery, where we work with the client team to build a shared understanding of the challenges impacting performance. Next, we create a shared vision of the future where those challenges no longer exist in their current form. Then, we build and overall approach which is the bridge from the present to the future that constitutes the solution. Finally, we revisit the whole process at a later date to ensure that we delivered on our promises. Our Client Needs Our Services At PCG, we partner with many of the leading Global 1000 organizations. Clients come to us when faced with: Sales teams that are not meeting targets and sales leaders are struggling to motivate their teams. Leadership teams lack clarity about their direction and/or struggling with working cohesively as a team. A need to quickly develop high potentials due to a lack of bench strength. Creating an inclusive work environment. A lack of financial acumen and there is a need to make finance simple so that employees can easily develop the skill. Projects that are not being completed on time and project leaders can benefit from learning effective, proven skills. At PCG, we have a strategic approach where the focus is on Talent and Strategy. Professional Development Training: Using a combination of interactive approaches these events help learners grasp key concepts, apply the learning to their day-to-day activities, and leave the room with a plan to take action. Facilitation: Ranging from Strategy to Teambuilding, these sessions help in tact work teams become clear about what’s most important while developing cohesion so they can deliver results. Coaching: Tapping into the clients motivation these sessions focus on helping the client identify actions that will lead towards desired results. Consulting: Partnering to identify the specific needs, our consulting services are tailored and linked back to achieving business results.
