objectives:• To update the course of Project

Designing & Evaluation (Code No. 513) according to the new educational changes and researches.

• To upgrade the course by including some necessary information.

• To organize the course and make it more easy to understand by new exemplifications.

6. Description, justification and technical parameters:

As the education sector is moving ahead within a rapid and gradual process of development and new methodologies and researches are going on in every part of education system. So, there is a desire need of updating of the course (Project Designing and Evaluation “513”) for the promotion of EPM Program and to make it more organized with new educational objectives. The new and updated course will provide better understanding about the Project designing and its implementation in education sector and also provide more specific and new methods of evaluating a project. It will definitely help the students of EPM to understand the process of project designing and evaluation in a different way.

8. Annual operating and maintenance cost after completion of the project:Every year printing will be required to make sure the provision of book to fresh students. According to the ongoing ratio of students in EPM Program an publication of 50 books can easily satisfy the demand of book. Per year cost for approximately 5 years, on each printing will be:11760 - 1760 = 10000Total cost (First Time) – Cost on Preparation = Cost/year for a new edition

•It will make the students capable of designing different projects through which they will be able to contribute in the development of their society.

•It will promote the program of Educational Planning and Management.

•It will practically help out the students to understand the concepts of Project Designing and Management.

•It will provide assistance to the instructors to clear the concepts of students regarding the course with the help of educational examples.

iv. Impact of Delay on project cost and viability:No countable impact may be on the cost of project in any delay but the viability of the course may be affected. If the project will not be completed on time, it may create disturbance in teaching learning process due to the absence of a course book which is going to be updated.

•The contract of publishing will be given on quotation basis and on merit by keeping in mind the lowest price but within define quality and standards.

•A survey from teachers and students will be conducted to check the effectiveness of course.
